Restoring faded trailer aluminum

Severely faded aluminium siding on freight, utility and box trailers often looks permanent. Most of what you see is chalky oxidation. Once that layer is cut, the metal underneath can take a reflective finish again.

What restoration does not do

Polishing will not pull dents or replace missing panels. It restores the surface that is still there. Deep corrosion may need heavier correction before fine polish stages earn their keep.

• Oxidation removal first.
• Mirror or brushed based on use.
• Sealant options for longer hold between visits.
